HeatmapRangeColorProvider()	The default constructor.
IsNormalizedValues { get; set; }	Gets or sets whether the values of the range stops are expressed as a fraction of the heatmap value range, where the minimum is zero and the maximum is one.
GetColor(…)	Returns a color interpolated between the two range stops that surround the specified value.
