PolarAxisY()	The default constructor.
MaxZoomFactor { get; set; }	Gets or sets the largest ratio between the whole range length and the visible range length that zooming can reach. The default value is 10000.
Range { get; set; }	Gets or sets the range of distances displayed by the axis.
ScaleOptions { get; set; }	Gets or sets the options that define how distance values are scaled and labeled.
