Technical Support Services¶
The EMX Support Center is a central hub for submitting and managing technical support requests related to the EMX Controls Library.
Our goal is to help you resolve technical challenges efficiently and deliver high-quality software solutions in a professional and timely manner. The support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM MSK (UTC+3), and aims to respond to all incoming requests within one to two business days.
The Support Center is open to everyone. Even without logging in, you can browse existing public tickets.
Support services are provided in English and Russian.
Before You Submit a Ticket¶
To save time, we recommend exploring other technical resources. Many common questions have already been addressed.
Submit a Ticket¶
You must log in to create a new support ticket. Once authorized, please follow these guidelines:

Use English or Russian. Writing in English helps users worldwide find and benefit from your ticket if it is public.

Address only one issue or question per ticket. If you submit a ticket containing multiple inquiries, our support engineers will ask you to split them into separate tickets.

Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue.

Attach a minimal sample project that demonstrates the problem, if possible.

Include full stack traces, screenshots, and log files.

You can mark any ticket as private. Private tickets are only visible to you and our support engineers.
Important Limitations¶

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Support Center in cases of misuse.

Our standard support plan does not include custom development services or code reviews for large-scale projects. For extended support options, please contact us at controls@eremex.com.

We do not teach fundamental programming skills or standard software development practices.

We will not respond to tickets containing abusive or offensive language.
